Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Solorise CRM is an iOS application developed and published by Solorise. You can reach us at our support page. This Privacy Policy describes how the app handles your information.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

Solorise CRM does not collect, transmit or store any of the following on external servers:

• Customer names, phone numbers or contact details you enter
• Appointment, task or payment records
• Activity logs or notes
• Device identifiers, IP addresses or location data
• Usage analytics or crash reports sent to us

There are no third-party analytics SDKs (such as Firebase, Mixpanel or similar) integrated into the app.

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

All information you enter into Solorise CRM is stored exclusively in a SQLite database located in the app's private sandbox on your iPhone. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.

What is stored locally:

• Customer records (name, phone, email, address, status, notes)
• Appointments, tasks and reminders
• Payment and expense records
• Activity logs (calls, meetings, emails, etc.)
• App preferences (language, date format, theme, backup schedule)

This data is protected by iOS's built-in file-system security and is only accessible to Solorise CRM on your device.

4. Backup Files

Solorise CRM can create backup files of your data in JSON format. These backup files are written to the app's Documents/solorise/backups folder on your device. The app can also create automatic backups on a schedule you configure.

You can share these backup files via iOS's standard Share Sheet (Files app, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, email, etc.) at your own discretion. We do not receive or have access to any backup file you export.

5. Local Notifications

The app may request permission to send Local Notifications for appointment and task reminders. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device using iOS's Local Notifications system. No notification content is sent to or processed by any external server.

6. Network Requests

Solorise CRM is designed to work fully offline. The only outgoing network request the app makes is:

• Google Fonts CDN — The app loads the Roboto typeface from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com on startup when an internet connection is available. This request is made for font rendering purposes only. Google's privacy practices for their Fonts service are described at policies.google.com/privacy. The app functions normally without this request (system fallback fonts are used).

No other network requests are made. There are no app-specific backend servers.

7. No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade or transfer your data to any third parties. Since all data remains on your device and is not transmitted to us, there is nothing for us to share.

8. Children's Privacy

Solorise CRM is intended for use by adults (18+) managing their professional activities. The app does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Deleting Your Data

You are in full control of your data. To remove it:

• Individual records: Delete from within the app
• Demo data: Settings → Data & Storage → Clear Demo Data
• All data: Delete the app from your iPhone — iOS will remove all associated data automatically

10. Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, the new version will be published at solorise.app/privacy with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
